365 We Thrive NFP serves as a community-centered hub with an outreach strategy supporting youth and families across Chicago’s South Side — including Auburn Gresham, Englewood, Roseland, and Woodlawn — as well as Southland communities. 365 We Thrive operates through a multi-pathway system that integrates youth digital storytelling, creative media arts, and communications as core pathways within its Elevate & Thrive framework.

At 365WeThrive, we empower youth to be the light, fostering community growth and violence prevention through innovative systems that promote equity, personal development, and Community Healing and Stability Pathways for success. The work of the organization began long before its formation. It sparked from the founders' organized commitment to creating change in their community since 2023 to a driving force to elevate communities. It is those acts of service in key components of the social determinants of health that continue to uplift opportunities for underserved today. Registered in 2025, we are a growing grassroots nonprofit building on early community impact and expanding pathways that support youth, families, and neighborhood stability. Programs are delivered through direct and coordinated pathways designed to support stabilization, leadership, and long-term community wellbeing.
