Support Services for all Ages

365 We Thrive's Impact Hub offers Community Healing & Stability Pathways (CHSP) to youth and adults through wraparound services that support the needs of the community. Using the ELEVATE & THRIVE framework, our evidence-based solutions create pathways to economic development and violence prevention. Services promote community building, financial literacy, workforce readiness, healthy habits, and resilience life-skills. Key areas: youth development, family needs, trauma-informed care, healing for survivors of gun violence, re-entry support, and mental health. Contact us for help!
