The ELEVATE & THRIVE program is a positive pathways service for schools, community programs, individuals and families. Also offered as FREE supplemental classroom, afterschool and summer programming, it promotes essential life skills, public health and socio-economic uplift. 365 We Thrive's holistic solutions deliver lasting impact through 4 core pillars: Healthy Habits, Career Readiness, Entrepreneurship, and Youth-led Community Projects that foster civic engagement, development and revitalization. Community Service Initiatives

At 365 We Thrive, we believe you (“u”) are the heart of the community. At the forefront of this initiative is helping you make the best of any circumstance while creating structured plans to achieve your goals. Working together is key to strengthening our communities, and we are here to support that mission. Community Service Initiatives may support school-based service-learning requirements and approved court- or diversion-related community service hours when appropriate. 365 We Thrive is elevating communities! Support Services for all Ages

365 We Thrive's Impact Hub offers Community Healing & Stability Pathways (CHSP) to youth and their families through wraparound services that support economic mobility. Using the ELEVATE & THRIVE framework leverages evidence-based strategies for healthy and safe communities through Violence Prevention (CVI). Both services promote healthy habits, community building, workforce readiness, financial literacy, and resilience life-skills.
